BOOKING YOUR STAY
Bookings are taken by email and contact details (name, address, telephone number) are to be provided on booking.
Number in party is to be provided, preferably at the time of booking.
Booking/reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay with the balance due 1 calendar month prior to the stay.
100% of the balance is payable on booking if booked less than 1 calendar month prior to the stay.
Changeover cleaning, utility bills (including wifi and air conditioning/heating and administration fees are included in your total cost.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available:
If you choose to reserve your stay as non-refundable, a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit of £100 will be required to be paid IN ADDITION TO the total amount for the stay. This will be held until the house has been inspected after your stay. Deposits will be returned, subject to no damage, within 72 hours of the property being vacated. We would appreciate any accidental breakages or damage to be reported as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
4+ weeks prior to the start of your stay – Deposit of 30% is retained
1-4 weeks prior to the start of your stay – 50% of the total cost of your stay
7 days or less, 100% of your booking value
If you have chosen to take the discount shown above, no refunds will be payable.
Payment is by BACS transfer only on due dates.
